This website has been created as my cumulative assignment for the "Learning and Development" course at University of Ontario's Institute of Technology (UOIT). It is to serve as a guide to provide more insight to the different areas of development. At the same time it will discus different strategies and tools that could be used to help students develop in these particular areas, while providing them an effective education and memorable experience in school.
